I have given complaint(March 2016) ZP Thane regarding shortage of water in My village including 30 other villages of Thane district come under same zone.
But as per the reply from ZP they are looking to this issue with arrangement of new pipeline not exact date given. Also they are stating that there is not a water shortage. A reply which I got in July 2016.
Above case can I able to file PIL if yes could please help me.
I would like request how I can go about a PIL.Could you please share me contact no if I have any clarification on above in that case will contact to you.
Also please give me advice what are prerequisites before filling a PIL.
