hello my building went for redevelopemt with 51% majority favouring builder No builder has said will not pay rent to shop owner but only after CC while home owner got rent before CC has building was brought down under C1 category . approved plan has unevenly distruibed shop area like before someone had width of 10 fr is now getting 20 ft some are getting area less and some are getting more agreement say approximate +- 5 carpet area what will be legal remedy for getting rent like other members and for distributing carpet area of shop in proper manner pls advice The legal process to follow and claim to be made for getting rent Thanks
