Builder sold adjacent areas to the corner row houses on a seperate stamp paper which the members got registered after society formation. Society charged 5 times maintenance stating it as encroachment under Section 169 / 170 a. Members claim it was given by Builder as amenity to them, Society states it's common area which can not be sold. How to prove encroachment as those are unequal corner areas of the society. Does society has any right to settle with certain extra maintenance from them.  CHS, property-related issues
