The Narayana Group of Schools manipulated the employment records, epfo records and delayed the gratuity to its employees. They didn't even mention about it while the employees were relieved. Also they are saying that academic staff are not eligble for gratuity is that true? And can you advice me on how to complain on these an to who? Thanks.  Basic legal research

Dear representative, Had filed an rbi complaint against credit card bank disputing a charge, where gift ppi were issued by an rbi unlicenced entity, they turned out faulty, making me unable to use them. Final reply by bank to rbi was, we cannot refund the disputed transaction because the merchant hasnt refunded the amt to us. I replied to this, when you dont have the power to debit a fraudulent merchant ,your dispute mechanism is ineffective. Also highlighted how the case was handled with incompetence since inception in violation of their own guidelines. Its been 1 month since this reply to no avail from rbi, where ive written them many times to request personal hearing  Regulators RBI, SEBI etc
Offering a gift prepaid instrument which turns out to be faulty is an unfair trade practice. If the amount is substantial, you may move to district consumer commission to get redressed this matter.... Read More
