I have deposit around 5+ lak on jones asset property management company in indranagar bangalore.For this deposit they pay one interest to me and I will pay that amount to my house owner as rent. Now last 4 month from Jan 2025 I don't receive any interest from them. So i like to break agreement and request to refund the deposit amount they were saying they don't have money to refund my amount. It seems they are scammer not only me as for I know around 5 to 8 person is the sane situation. I have proof of agreement and deposit guaranteed they gave me post dated cheque. Any one please let me how to recovery money from jones? Of want I can collect all affected 8 person as of now in one place.
