1. Can a person buy two flats in a Co-operative Society?

2. Is it fine if a Co-operative Society does not adpot Bye Laws ?

2. For cooperative housing societies in the state, it is mandatory to adopt model bye-laws as per Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act.
