An order was given by deputy registrar to cooperative housing society to refund the non occupancy charges which was more than the byelaws. the society does not follow the deputy registrar order of refunding the said amount. society says they didnt received any order so we did register ad. we complained it to deputy registrar for not following your order. now the deputy registrar office say to appeal to joint registrar but they didnt give us in writing to appeal in joint registrar office. the order was on 30/10/2023 ,its one year now but society doesnt follow order. what to do shall we appeal to joint registrar office or inform it to deputy registrar office. we informed them but they are not taking any actions.they told us we gave society order if they are not following appeal to joint registrar. mcs act 1960. kindly help us.  CHS, property-related issues
What the Deputy Registrar said was correct. Now, for not following the Deputy registrar's order, kindly make a complaint to the Divisional Joint Registrar, against your society.
