Can sole owner in his lifetime make a Release Deed/Family arrangement for future when he is dead ,in name of his Daughter,s son so in future no problems are created by Society to transfer flat in his name. In such case what papers should be given to society? Present nomination is in daughter`s name. Also water charges as per no. of connections but IF Members of mg. com. use Pressure Pumps (ILLEGAL)due to which higher floors donot get water. What can be done?
