I purchased a new sim card in 2022 for my wife in my name. However unfortunately the number alloted to me by Airtel belonged to a defaulter of IDFC bank.
Since the time I have the sim, the recovery agents call my wife and harass her. Twice this has been raised with IDFC bank including their nodal officer.
Today I got a notice threatening legal consequences in Jan Adalat by some advocate.
I feel this treatment is unfair even after putting in request with IDFC bank to stop this
So please suggest me options ...
