Hi Team,

I am Sreenatha Reddy from Bangalore.MY PAN numebr is AKQPM7194K.I have 2 credit cards and 1 personal loan.I did not pay all 3 dud to some financial issue.ICICI credit card limit is 40,000 but outstanding is 51,000 and HDFC credit card limit is 50,000 but outstanding amount is 85,050 andf ICICI personal loan is peding 51,000.

Please help how to get it resolved.
I dont have any backup.

It is not mentioned the period of the impairment of the loan and dues but considering the interest portion, it appears that it has been a long time.

In the present instance , since there is no dispute with regard to the liabilities arising out of the loan and outstanding credit card dues. Hence there is no question of the party seeking any re-dressal.

However, you may approach the banks individually to consider some relief in terms of high rate of interest levied by banks on credit card dues and also re-schedulement of the loan. This action would show your sincerity to pay back the dues.
