Defaulter Loan Dispute Credit Score Credit Card Credit Report Most Popular Recommended

I was used HDFC bank credit card, there is sum of 30000 online transaction happened form Nether-land which is confirmed by cyber crime cell and police department have file FIR and hand over copy to me. this transaction was done by unknown person. have submitted FIR copy to HDFC bank even they put my name in CBIL and my credit score shows low please advice how to resolve this issue.

I used a HDFC credit card to shop a TV abroad. The Supplier gave a inferior product with false claim of warranty. I asked for satisfactory response/replacement/return from shopkeeper but the shopkeeper did not entertain the complain and intentionally stopped answering phone calls and emails. HDFC suggested a long procedure to reverse the amount and after 1 year of procedure I got the amount reversed in my account. suddenly after 06 months the Bank again put the amount as outstanding. I was asked to pay for settled Claim, and when I contacted Bank they never clarified, sent automated emails and sent recovery agents to my home & Office. And after that they have put me in defaulter's list. How should I go about it. It has damaged my financial record. Please suggest
