I’m trapped in debt which I cannot repay. My overall EMIs are more than my income and my parents are very vulnerable in terms of health. They don’t have anything to support me. Sir, In my society, we have 7 & 4 floors buildings constructed by builder. For 7 floor buildings, builder provided lift, but for 4 floor buildings no lift provided by builder. Managing Committee is charging lift charges(lift maintenence and lift electricity) separately from 7 floor buildings members. Is it correct?. Also, MC wants to install lifts for 4 floors from society accumulated fund now . Is it correct? Please arrange to provide complete details on this issue.  Dispute
