India's largest software company, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) said it signed a multi-year contract with Telenor Norway. No financial details were provided.
The contract includes application, maintenance and development services and will involve modernisation of Telenor's Norway application portfolio across its OSS, fixed, mobile, datawarehouse and accounting system domains.
On Wednesday, TCS shares gained 0.8% to Rs771 on Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex closed at 0.3% up at 17,462 points.
