InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) (+1.67%) received approval from board of directors for investment of upto Rs 394 crore in one or more tranches, in the equity shares of InterGlobe Aviation Financial Services IFSC (IndiGo IFSC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Zydus Lifesciences (-1.29%) received final approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to manufacture Methenamine Hippurate Tablets USP, 1 gram (USRLD: Hiprex Tablets, 1 gram). The group now has 419 approvals and has so far filed 483 ANDAs since the commencement of the filing process in FY 2003-04.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (-1.93%) extended its partnership with Coop Danmark to support the core business system of Denmark’s leading consumer goods retailer. By managing Coop’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform on SAP S/4HANA, TCS will enable efficient operations for the retailer and consistent shopping experiences for customers across 900-plus stores.
Bharti Airtel(-1.21%) transferred its 69.94% shareholding held in Airtel Payments Bank to its wholly owned subsidiary—Airtel. This is an internal re-organization of shareholding and has no impact on the ownership of the bank. Bharti Airtel added 10.33 lakh customers in December 2024. Following this, the company’s total customer base increased to 38.53 crore with market share of 33.49% of wireless subscribers as on 31 December 2024. Following Bharti Airtel’s tie up with Elon Musk’s satellite-based network, Starlink, today Jio announced a similar tie-up.
Barbeque-Nation Hospitality (-2.59%) partly completed the acquisition and acquired 42.36% equity share capital of Willow Gourmet (WGPL). Post the aforesaid acquisition, the shareholding of the Company in WGPL is 42.36%.
Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) (-0.07%) received approval for raising of bonds as unsecured, taxable, redeemable, non-convertible, non-cumulative NCDs of face value of Rs1,00,000 each (Series -F 2024) aggregating upto Rs2,842.50 crore on private placement basis. The ‘Bond Allotment Committee’ in their meeting held on March 12, 2025, has approved the same.
Senores Pharmaceuticals (+4.24%) entered into the share purchase agreement (SPA) with certain shareholders of Havix Group Inc. D/B/A Aavis Pharmaceuticals (Havix) for acquisition of 8454 equity shares of Havix aggregating to 3.73% of the total paid up share capital of Havix and subject to the terms and conditions as mentioned in the SPA.
PB Fintech (-4.31%) received approval from board of directors for an investment of upto Rs696 crore in PB Healthcare Services.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (-1.93%) will acquire 100% equity shares in Darshita Southern India Happy Homes in an all-cash deal of Rs2,250 crore. The deal involves the acquisition of land and building held by Darshita Southern India Happy Homes to serve as a delivery centre for TCS.
Adani Green Energy’s (+3.55%) wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary -- Adani Solar Energy Ap Eight has commissioned solar power project of 250 MW at Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. With commissioning of this plant, the company’s total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 12,591.1 MW.
