Nifty, Sensex Fall Sharply Panic in US Financial Sector - Monday Closing Report

On the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), 695 stocks advanced, 2915 declined and 147 remained unchanged with advance decline ratio of 0.24, indicating a negative closing of stocks in broader markets.

On NSE, 28 securities advanced and closed at new 52 week high whereas 158 securities sank to close at their new 52-week lows.  
In sectoral indices, all sectors ended in red with Nifty Media, Nifty PSU Bank and Nifty Auto among the biggest losers. 
Indian rupee closed at 82.12/$ against previous close of 82.04/$.
Surya Roshni (-7.76%)received orders amounted to Rs96.39 crores for supply of 3LPE coated Line pipes from HPCL for city gas Distribution projects.
Alpha Transmission received orders for Vadodara & Bhubaneswar unit. Orders for the Vadodara and Bhubaneswar unit are worth Rs30.66 crores and Rs5.25 crores. 
GMDC (-1.72%) emerged as highest bidder for 2 coal mines in Odisha under commercial coal block auction.
Intellect Design (-1.49%) launched, an ai-powered open finance platform.
Maharashtra Seamless (-5.36%) received NCLT nod for scheme of amalgamation of United Seamless Tubular.
Capacite Infraprojects (-3.58%) received sanction for non-fund based limits worth Rs150 crore from SBI.
