NCC (+0.86%) received orders valuing Rs2,327 crore in the month of September 2024. Out of these orders Rs1417 crore relates to transportation division, Rs520 crore relates to electrical division and Rs390 crore relates to building division. These orders are received from state government agencies and private limited company and does not include any internal order.
Power Mech Projects (+0.17%) incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary with the name ‘Power Mech Arabia Contracting company’ in Saudi Arabia. The company will engage in the repair and maintenance of equipment for Power plants, oil and gas facilities, and desalination plants. Additionally, it will participate in the development, repair, and maintenance of water distribution networks, as well as the repair and maintenance of power stations and transformers. The company will also be involved in the establishment of refineries, power plants, and petrochemical plants.
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries (-0.35%) and Philogen S.p.A (Philogen) entered into a global licensing agreement for commercializing Philogen’s specialty product, Fibromun (L19TNF). Fibromun, an innovative anti-cancer immunotherapy, is being investigated in registration trials by Philogen for the treatment of soft tissue sarcoma and glioblastoma.
