Drug firm Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd said its consolidated net profit rose 38% to Rs111.6 crore for the second quarter ended 30 September 2010 from Rs80.9 crore in the same period last financial year.
During the quarter to end-September, its total revenues rose to Rs741.4 crore from Rs602.5 crore same period last fiscal.
On Thursday, Glenmark Pharma shares ended 3.3% up at Rs324 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex closed 1.1% down at 20,005 points.
