I write this article on October 2, so I can not resist the temptation. If “Munnabhai” could leverage the Mahatma’s principles, then we could certainly use a bit of ahimsa, satyagraha, harmony and peace for conflict resolution at the workplace. Let us at least attempt to use some of his advice for present day corporate conflicts:
